The financial package provides a base salary ranges from $ 190,000 to $220,472 based on experience. A signing or student loan repayment bonus is negotiable. Benefits include fifteen vacation days plus five CME days/$3,500 allowance; paid malpractice; optional group health, dental, and vision insurance; and 401(k). The package also includes a moving allowance with a house-hunting trip.
