Need for an ER physician in this beautiful small community located in the mountains of Montana. Need not be ER residency trained. FPs or ?, with experience and interest in ER works fine. 24 hour shifts....will be 5 ER physicians when a new one comes on board. Approx 7 shifts per month gives you lots of time to enjoy all of the outdoor recreation whether it be world-class fishing, hiking, downhill skiing or whatever. This is an employed position with a full benefit package. ER sees about 5K patients in a year and there is an Urgent Care center that sees about 5K patients a year and is manned by a mid-level. There of course, is no call involved. When you are on 24 hour shift, there is a room at the hospital for sleeping and relaxing when you are not busy. Wonderful place to raise a family and have a practice that will allow time to enjoy yourself. Salary is about $150K per year plus the full benefit package.
