They are looking to add a 6th physician to their faculty who oversee 18 residents. Non-physician faculty include a pharmacist and behavioral scientist. Duties include 30% primary clinic, 30-40% teaching, and 20-30% administrative. Supervision of the residency inpatient service would occur one in six weeks. An electronic medical record has just been implemented. Their hospital partner is consistently rated in the top 10 places to work in all of Southeast Wisconsin. Steady growth at the hospital has led to a state of the art Women, Infants, and Children’s center and a new model Emergency Department. The new Cardiovascular Institute will be completed soon.
