1003-1c Chicago, IL/Northwest Suburb – A private practice Internal Medicine Group was approached by the Hospital to develop & grow a Hospitalist program within their practice which will eventually grow to provide services to other Physicians on the Medical Staff. This is a fantastic new opportunity ultimately developing into a much larger group of dedicated Hospitalists. Those individuals seeking a staff Hospitalist position will be welcomed into this young dynamic group of 6 Internists. There will be significant flexibility in structuring your Hospitalist duties with the group, but a primary focus on Hospitalist coverage for the group on a Mon-Fri 8-5pm basis will be the foundation. Hospitalist candidates with either full-time or part-time interest will be considered. You will be joining 2 experienced Hospitalists who have recently joined the Practice within the last year. You will be practicing in one of Chicagoland’s best northwest suburban locations, less than an hour from downtown Chicago. Practicing, as well as final year residents are encouraged to contact us regarding this rare opportunity to play a key role in the structure and design of your Hospitalist practice. Unlike the affiliation with the large corporate Hospitalist company model of practice, this is truly a family oriented Internal Medicine practice that values both professional and family time!

Chicago, IL/Near Southwest Suburb - A recently established Hospitalist program is in need of 2 additional full-time Hospitalists. One of these two positions will function as a ""Lead Hospitalist/Program Director"" to provide both Clinical and some Administrative/Medical Director duties for the program. Based upon the planned growth and opportunity for this hospital, a total of complement of 10-11 Hospitalists will staff the program as it fully matures. Unlike an affiliation with a large corporate Hospitalist company model of practice, you will enjoy the continuity associated with working at a single hospital and making a significant contribution to the structure and ultimate development of Hospitalist care at this imminently successful institution, which has recently obtained approval to replace and expand its entire inpatient complex. Compensation and benefits are second to none here in the Chicagoland area, as they include: 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME ($5,000 CME expenses), comprehensive Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance, dental, vision, long-term disability and life, as well as an employer matched retirement plan and Occurrence form of malpractice (no tail required). A near Southwest suburban location that will allow you to live in Chicago or in any number of Western and Southern Suburbs, combined with the rewards and satisfaction available in a new program and the ability to ultimately practice in a brand new state-of-the-art hospital are all attributes of a fantastic opportunity for the career oriented Hospitalist!
