ID: fhs281 Further Information / Submit CV Currently two MD's and 2 NP's working M-F basically during the day and sharing night call with the internists. Once we have one or two more
MD's they will move to shift work which will equal approx 220 12-hours shifts per year. The
job will include partnership with the Clinic after 9 months of employment (open enrollment every January). Comp is in the $170 range but that is to be determined by experience/training, etc. Great opportunity to practice hospital medicine without being a time-card puncher. Ownership certainly has its privileges as the Clinic has ownership in Blue Cross of MT, owns an ASC and a 20-bed inpatient surgical hospital (among other partnerships). Great area of Montana with lots of outdoor recreation and easy access to national park.
