Shifts are generally 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am; schedule consists of four to seven days on and four to seven days off. Each full time hospitalist will provide up to 192 hours of clinical professional medical services per month consisting of approximately 12 hour and eight-hour shifts. • The Hospitalist Team provides service response for codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, ICU procedures, unassigned ED call and patient admission/discharge. Community • Partnerships with other organizations create an innovative, comprehensive health and technology campus • Walking trail open to the community/8 buildings opening now or in 2008 • Middletown is a town of approximately 60,000 located less than a one –hour drive of Dayton and Cincinnati. • The City of Mansfield is located an hour from Cleveland and Columbus, OH.
