Currently have 4.5 FTE Hospitalist and plan is for 6.0 FTE by June of 2008. If fully staffed, 182 shifts per year. If staffing is less than 6.0 FTE, may need to work additional shifts. Every effort made to keep shifts under 17/mo. Great compensation package which includes base salary of $160K (more if you work more than 182 shifts per year); Bonus plan, retention bonus; Sign on bonus; relocation up to $10K; full benefit package and 401k.
