Two additional Hospitalists are needed to join a group based in the northern part of SC. These openings are a result of increased demand for Hospitalists services, and one physician is leaving the group to go into a traditional private practice. Experienced candidates who are Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics are preferred. With the addition of two new members, the schedule will be seven days on/seven days off. Duties include seeing some patients in the ICU and admitting patients through the ER in accordance with a rotating call schedule. The average daily patient load is eighteen. They are seeking someone with an internal medicine background and would love to have someone with critical care, though it is not an absolute.
