19 other Hospitalists in a newly established practice. The Hospital
is a fully accredited and equipped facility and has 300 beds. The
schedule is 7 days on and 7days off. The new physicians will be part
of a large Multi-Specialty group that is over 50 years old. A 2-year
income guarantee is offered with production incentives and full
benefits. Partnership is offered after the 2nd year with no buy-in.
There is low physician turnover and a collegiate work atmosphere.
