Practice recently moved to a new office in Oct 2008 for growth. Group is located in the Hartford, CT area. First year compensation is $130K – $140K plus productivity bonus. New physician will inherit patients from outgoing internist. Flexible candidate criteria. However, can not accommodate visa candidates. Future potential income for partner is $200K - $350K+ . Partnership track 2 – 3 years. No buy-in to partnership.
