The clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty clinic system. The clinic has two physicians in the immediate location and 13 in sites throughout the metro area. 80% clinic work, 20% in the hospitals. This group uses block scheduling and is essentially 7 on/7 off, 15 12-hour shifts. As they add more to the group they are considering improving this schedule. They currently have 7 working at a time, but would like to have 8-10 working at a time. Current patient load is 15-18 and will increase to 18-20 per day. Salary is $180,000 plus bonuses.
