 This growing Midwestern community is in need of an obgyn. This is a private practice with inpatient and outpatient services. You would be an employee in this Single Specialty group. You would join two physicians and 1 midwife. The call is 1-4. They only work out of one hospital which is a level 1 and they have been doing 500 births and growing. The contract is for two years with a base salary and productivity incentives.

 Currently 6 docs, only 4 do OB Currently 3 CNM's and one NP Deliveries at one hospital (average 900-1,000 a year) Lowest level nursery- closest NICU is a 45 minute drive (usually use chopper to move them) Production incentive, Profit Sharing, 401K, CME Expenses, Malpractice/Medical/Dental/Life/Disability Insurance and Moving Expenses. Starting with 30 days vacation plus personal time and holidays. Shareholdership at the end of the second year with no buy-in.
