Currently a board certified radiation oncologist and thoracic surgeon is located in this area, but the hospital is in need of the medical oncology component. Call is 1:3. Someone with background in both Hematology and Oncology is preferred. This is a hospital employed position with a very competitive starting base plus full benefits. Beautiful new hospital that opened in October, 2004 with separate entrance and center for the 11,000 square feet Cancer Care within the new hospital facility. There are 8 chemo chairs/stations. This position is affilated with a University for research and protocols as well as active participation in clinical trials. A full-time clinical research nurse is on-site. Community hospital setting between Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
