augment the group concurrent with the amicable departure of one physician
for personal reasons (marriage & relocation) and the dropping of call by
another for seniority and medical reasons. Call is 1 in 4.5 includes nights
and weekends. Practice has Saturday office hours. Salary range $120K for
first-year employee. Buy-in a possibility after a year of employment;

Need exist to due expansion. Both have a call of 1:4. Candidate must be must be comfortable with neonatal resuscitation circumcisions, laceration repairs, etc. Peds do attend some deliveries. For one location pediatricians but do not attend Cs unless there are fetal indications. At the other location, pediatricians attend C-sections. The position is with a top ranked healthcare network who offers a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, malpractice, retirement, vacation, CME and relocation. Base guarantee consideration starts at $140k. After going off guarantee, the benefits are deducted from the billings.
