This is Tribally owned Health Care System consisting of a new $28.5 million hospital and multi-specialty clinic. JCAHO accredited facility, offering a full range of medical services including emergency medicine, surgery, OB/GYN, pharmacy, pediatrics and 6 satellite outpatient clinics which are also new facilities, with a seventh under construction. The ever-growing system is staffed by 105 providers including 55 Physicians, 12 Dentists, and a full complement of allied health care professionals, 780 Employees total. Over 300,000 total patient encounters a year, with a service Area of 15,000 square miles.
In employment as a salaried physician you can concentrate on practicing medicine, not overhead and staffing, billing & collections, insurance, HMO’s, PPO’s and the endless hassles of practice and facility management.
Benefits
The position offers very competitive salary and full benefits, as an employee. First year benefits include five weeks of paid vacation (seven weeks by year five), twelve paid holidays, one week paid CME time, plus a CME allowance, health, life and disability insurance, 401K with matching funds, paid association dues, license fees, and DEA dues. As a Federal IHS facility, we are under Federal TORT, so there is no malpractice. Sign on bonus and relocation paid.
