4/30/2008 Tennessee Psychiatry Solo Practice International or U.S.-trained Citizen or Permanent ResidentID: HNT-GERPSY Further Information / Submit CV Excellent opportunity for experienced Board Certified Geropsychiatric Physician to establish and develop a full-time solo private practice (Single-Specialty group is possible). Will be responsible for admitting and treating adults as well as older adults. Must have demonstrated expertise in Geropsychiatry through experience and/or training. Inpatient Units include: 110 total beds (10 adolescent; 82 adult; 18 geriatric) - average census is 70; you would be responsible for the 18 bed geriatric unit. Outpatient Sites include: Medical Office Building, IOP, Adult Partial. Call rotation schedule with approximately 6 other physicians (1:6 or 7). Compensation package would include a first year Income Guarantee with financial support by hospital including Overhead (Malpractice, Start-up Expenses, CME, Fees/Dues, etc.) and excellent medical benefits, retirement planning, vacation, possible student loan assistance or signing bonus; paid relocation; OR, will consider Employment option with great benefits, signing bonus, paid relocation. Tennessee has affordable malpractice rates -- and there is no state income tax! Sports enthusiasts will find many nationally recognized golf courses, lakes to fish and play on, NFL stadium for the Tennessee Titans, the Predators NHL hockey team, the Nashville Sounds minor league baseball team and the new NASCAR Speedway.
