The practice will be a combination of inpatient, partial, and outpatient clinical care with a diverse patient caseload. If a physician prefers the primary practice can be all hospital based. Shared call of 1:3. There is an option in the compensation package for an administrative stipend with leadership duties in one of the service program areas. The hospital will provide income and practice overhead support. There is great need for a new Psychiatrist in the community and a new doctor will be welcomed and busy in practice quickly. Treatment is provided by a multi-disciplinary team consisting of case managers, psychiatric nurses, therapists, social workers, and teachers who are all under the direction of a physician. Treatment takes place in a secured, nurturing environment, allowing patients to focus solely on the recovery process. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of services with appropriate support at all treatment levels. Patient population ages are child, adolescent, adult, and older adults. Services include general psychiatric, dual diagnoses, and addiction treatment. We have inpatient and partial hospital programs.
